CALIFORNIA (CajonCrawl.com) — Did you know that if you are driving and using your windshield wipers during inclement weather, CA state-law requires you to have also your headlights on?
It’s true! According to the CA Vehicle Code 24400 (a)(2), “a condition requiring the windshield wipers to be in continuous use due to rain, mist, snow, fog, or other precipitation or atmospheric moisture.” The law became effective on January 1, 2011.
